• Online language lessons — one-on-one ESL and Spanish instruction conducted via video conferencing, bookable directly through this website, and and payable through Paypal.

• Free resources — study materials, docs and other educational content available at no cost.

• Blog content — articles and posts on language learning, teaching methodology, and culture.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or booking sessions with me, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or you are a parent or legal guardian booking on behalf of a minor student.

• If booking for a minor (e.g., a middle school or high school student), you accept these Terms on their behalf and take full responsibility for their participation in lessons.

• You have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Session Scheduling

Sessions can be booked directly through the HCSpanish.com website. By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms of Service. I reserve the right to decline or reschedule a session in the event of a scheduling conflict or unforeseen circumstance.

3.2 Fees and Payment

Session fees are offered through package plans (5, 10, 20, or 30 sessions), with pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. All fees are due at the time of purchase unless a separate arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

3.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited without a refund, at my discretion. Exceptions may be made in genuine emergency situations.

3.4 Refunds

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a session cannot take place due to an issue on my end, you will receive a rescheduled session at no additional cost.

4. Free Resources and Blog Content

Free downloadable materials and blog posts are provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only. While I strive for accuracy, I make no guarantees regarding the completeness or suitability of any content for your specific needs.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content from this website — including blog posts and downloadable resources — without my prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

HCSpanish.com provides language education services on a best-effort basis. I make no guarantees regarding specific language proficiency outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of my services or this website.

Sessions are conducted via third-party platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet, and payments are processed through third-party payment providers. I am not responsible for the performance, availability, or data practices of these platforms. Please review their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
